 - Accurate self-assessment
 - Self-confidence
 
2. Self Management:-
It includes:-

 - Adaptability
 - Achievement orientation
 - Initiative
 
3. Social Awareness:-
It includes:-
- Empathy
 - Organizational Awareness
 - Service Orientation
 
4. Social Skills:-
It includes:-
- Visionary Leadership

 - Developing others
 - Communication
 - Change catalyst
 - Conflict Management
 - Building bonds
 - Teamwork and Collaboration
 
To strengthen EI:-
- Ask two questions to yourself--> "Who am I now?" and "Who do I want to be?". Idea is to make an honest assessment of how others view your leadership and how you would like to be viewed in future.
 - Take feedback from peers, subordinates and superiors.
 - Devise a plan for getting from where you are as a leader to where you want to be.
 - This will allow to learn new leadership styles.
